Southern Rivers Energy offers a variety of wattages and styles of lights and poles for outdoor lighting. Below are examples of the different types of lights and wattages that are available.
Southern Rivers Energy installs LED lighting. LEDs have longer lifespans and require less maintenance than traditional lighting, are more energy-efficient, and provide greater visibility. SRE will replace existing non-LED lights with LEDs when the old light fails but it is the member's responsibility to report outages when they occur and no refunds will be provided.
Please note that not all wattages are available in all styles or types of lights. Contact us for more information about our lighting products and special lighting packages. Billing rates are subject to change. Property owners may need to pay for excess trenching or additional construction costs as determined by our staking technicians.
Standard Yard Lights
Standard Yard Lights
We offer a standard LED yard light (replaces the old 175 and 150 Watt light). The monthly billing rate is $10.00 on an existing SRE pole, per light.
Flood Lights

We offer small, medium and large LED flood lights. These replace the old 250, 400 and 1,000 Watt flood lights. Monthly billing rates vary from $15.00 to $31.00 per light.
Post Top Lights
Post Top Lights
Traditionaire Light: We offer a standard LED post top light (replacing the old 100 and 150 Watt lights). Monthly billing rate is $14.00 per light. Contribution In Aid of Construction required. *Fixture shown is the Traditionaire.
Acorn Light: We offer LED decorative acorn lights (replacing the old 150 Watt lights). The monthly billing rate is $14.00 per light. Contribution In Aid of Construction required.
Cobrahead Lights

We offer small and medium LED cobrahead lights (replacing the old 250, 400 watt lights). The monthly billing rate ranges from $13.00 to $16.00 per light.
Navion Lights

We offer large LED Navion Area lights (replacing the old 400 and 1000-Watt lights). The monthly billing rate is $31.00 per light.
