In compliance with O.C.G.A. § 44-12-236 of The Disposition of Unclaimed Property Act, Southern Rivers Energy is attempting to find the owners of 2017 capital credit checks mailed to the last known address listed in our system but returned by the U.S. Post Office as undeliverable or have otherwise been unclaimed.
A current list of these members, with their last known addresses and instructions for claiming these funds, is posted below, and at our corporate office at 1367 Hwy 341 South in Barnesville, GA, for review between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM, Mon. – Fri.

The last possible date to claim these funds is August 28, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. If these funds are not claimed by this date, they will be donated for charitable uses, as permitted by O.C.G.A. § 44-12-236.
